Complete our Application Form for the desired program you wish to study. Our dedicated staff member would assist you in filing out the form and would answer all your queries. You will need to provide us with copies of  your passport, educational transcripts, degree / diploma,  IELTS or equivalent, detailed CV, work reference (if applicable).

 

SPICA Global staff will assess your application and submit your application to the relevant University / TAFE /College. You will be then issued  an “Offer Letter”.  Before the expiry date of the offer you should:

• Pay the tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) as stated on your offer letter .
• You must read the Terms and Conditions of your ‘Offer Letter’ institute and then sign the ‘Course Acceptance’

Our staff will assist you:

• in getting the receipt for your payment made to the University / TAFE / College
• in getting the Confirmation of Enrollment (CoE),  (if you meet all conditions). The CoE is a mandatory document required for your visa processing

SPICA Global experienced staff  will advise you about the documentation required for the visa lodgement and will lodge your student visa with required documentation. Documents required will contain: Letter of Offer from the education provider,  CoE from the education provider, Financial evidence, English Language proficiency, Academic documents, Work experience (if applicable).

Once the visa is granted you will have to make your travel plans accordingly so that you can arrive on time and attend the orientation program. Please advise / contact SPICA Global staff if you are unable to attend the orientation program offered by your institute.
